reCONDITIONing AGAIN?????

okeh kawan2ku...
cube korg bayangkan jenis fitness training yg aku kena wat...
by hook or by crook...

LEVEL 1 (At Least 3 Times A Week)
Running - 1 Hour - ± 10 kilometers
Swimming - 1 Hour - ± 1.5 kilometers
Ergometer - 1 Hour - ± 10 kilometers
Cycling - 1 Hour - ±40 kilometers

dis assignment have to be completed by end of this month...
siap ckp this training programme are not even half of the actual NATIONAL athletes training programme....
huhu...skng nie berat aku dlm 74kg mcm tue...
rase2 kalo aku btol2 committed ikut training programme nie...
by end of this month..brape jer berat aku tinggal?
maka ilanglah perutku yg boroi nie kan?
ker tidak jugak?
hmm....i wonder la kan....
program nie cm agak menarik sbnrnye...
but just have to remember one thing...
"NO PAIN NO GAIN"
